want to say thanks for giving me the ability to order business cards
online. Being able to order business cards online saves me lots of
time which results in a very cost effective way to place orders. What
I like most about online ordering is the ability to re-order cards.
No longer do I have to write all of the information out, I just find
the V-Order # and it's done. V-Order also allows me make any necessary
changes before reordering and then I get to see the proof. What will
you guys think of next? Thank you, thank you, thank you Proforma!

have identified a new supplier for our business cards and stationery.
In addition to giving us an 18% cost reduction, they also offer an
online ordering solution. The process allows for order placement via
p-card and a return proof all via the internet. This will shorten
our order time, make our orders more accurate and allow for managers
to approve their cards while traveling on business. |

I
had an opportunity to order business cards using the new system and
I LOVE IT!!! It is soooo easy to use and since it's ordered through
the internet there is no need to fax over the requests, wait for proofs,
and then wait for the order, which in the past could take up to 4-5
weeks. This make my job easier in ordering stationary products. Thanks!

placed my first order and I love it. I prefer the online ordering.
The new process is very user friendly. After keying the information
needed, it is great to see an immediate proof of the information you're
requesting. Previously I had to wait up to a week to get a proof and
then another week or two before I would receive the order. Great job!!
